Encore Leasing and Finance recently organized a company outing that brought all partners for a day of fun and relaxation. For this year's company outing, our team meticulously selected a picturesque location that provides an experience of farm life and rejuvenating atmosphere. Valley Breeze Resort is a hectare family resort in a valley at the foot of the Sierra Madre. With its lush greenery and scenic trails, it offered a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of the workplace, allowing us to connect with nature and each other.

To encourage teamwork, collaboration, and friendly competition, a range of engaging activities were organized. Some of the activities included relay games, and friendly sports competitions. These activities not only brought out our competitive spirit but also fostered communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills within our teams.

Indeed, this year’s company outing provided an opportunity for all partners to interact outside the usual work environment, strengthening the bonds between colleagues. Through shared experiences and conversations, we gained a deeper appreciation for the unique strengths and perspectives each team member brings to the table.
