Employee Excellence Recognized at Summer Outing 2026

Outstanding employees were recognized during the Employee Annual Awards held as part of Summer Outing 2026, celebrating individuals who exemplify excellence, innovation, and dedication in their respective roles.

Ms. Tanja Katarina E. Lintol of the Customer Relations Department received the Best in Audit and Compliance Award for her commitment to quality, accuracy, and accountability. She was also honored as Employee of the Year, marking her second time receiving the Company's highest individual recognition for her exceptional performance and unwavering dedication.

Recognized as Rookie of the Year, Mr. Dave Bryan A. Ico, Data Center Assistant, commended for his outstanding contributions, eagerness to learn, and positive impact despite being one of the organization's newest employees.

Meanwhile, Ms. Carolyn M. Licup, Marketing and Communication Manager, earned the Kaizen Champ Award for championing continuous improvement and driving innovative initiatives that contribute to organizational growth.
