Empowering Leaders: Leadership Management Training for Middle Management

As part of commitment to employee development and continuous improvement, the Human Resources & Administration Department (HRAD) successfully conducted the Leadership Management Training for Middle Management on September 12–13, 2026 at Encore Leasing & Finance Corp, Head Office, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

The training was facilitated by Mr. Emmanuel "Bobbit" Santos, whose expertise and practical insights provided participants with valuable leadership perspectives. Through this initiative, participants were equipped with valuable knowledge and practical skills to effectively lead their respective teams and contribute to the organization's continued growth and success.
