Leadership Pocket Learning Sessions

Anchored in its pursuit of excellence, not only by continuously improving its processes and systems, but also by ensuring continuous learning of partners, last August 5, 8, and September 8, 2022, Encore Leasing and Finance Corp. conducted several pocket learning sessions for selected partners. The training focused on the leadership foundation skills, effective interaction process, as well as feedback essentials. Partners learned about the different needs of people,and how to address these needs through the use of the key principles, interaction guideless and process skills.  Tips on effective ways of giving and receiving feedback were also shared and discussed. The pocket learning session was facilitated by the HR and Admin Head, Ms. Ma. Angelita M. Agaton, and it certainly helped the attendees in developing their leadership competencies and skills.
